My  commitment to  clients is to  provide the most comprehensive inspection and report.   So that one of the most important decisions as a prospective home can be based on on objective facts about the condition of the property. Our inspections are comprehensive and typically take 3 to 4 hours.

I provide full inspection services including structural and mechanical  inspections, well flow tests and water quality testing, septic system evaluations and radon testing. 

The  report includes a schematic drawing to help you locate building components  as they relate to your home.

I am  also available for any technical questions  after the purchase of your home.

I  serve only the buyers interests even though we are recommended by many real estate companies and attorneys.

In addition to being licensed by New York State to provide home inspections I am  approved by NYS and provide  continuing education classes for other inspectors through a real estate training school. 

* I also have over 35 years experience   in the construction industry.  If a defect is discovered during your inspection,  with my prior construction experience  I can provide details about the repair as  opposed to just listing the defect in the report.
